1. Payment Confirmation
Because payment is made immediately during form submission:
- All registrations are considered confirmed upon payment.
- Digital access (WhatsApp group link) is granted instantly.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days before event: 75% refund
- 7–13 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:
- Participant joins the WhatsApp group and misuses access
- Participant is removed due to misconduct
- Participant fails to attend (No-show)
4. Event Cancellation
If organizers cancel the workshop:
- Full refund will be issued
OR - Seat may be transferred to next event
