RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Payment Confirmation

Because payment is made immediately during form submission:

  • All registrations are considered confirmed upon payment.
  • Digital access (WhatsApp group link) is granted instantly.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ days before event: 75% refund
  • 7–13 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund

Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if:

  • Participant joins the WhatsApp group and misuses access
  • Participant is removed due to misconduct
  • Participant fails to attend (No-show)

4. Event Cancellation

If organizers cancel the workshop:

  • Full refund will be issued
    OR
  • Seat may be transferred to next event
